About Haldiram
Haldiram's began as a tiny shop in Bikaner, the land as famed for its savouries as for its leather-faced pipe players and fierce warriors.By 1982, Haldiram's had set up shop in Delhi and the capital had begun to stop by and take note of the savouries and sweets.It was word of mouth that grew the business manifold over the next decade till Haldiram's came tostand for a food company that was synonymous with taste, hygeiene and innovation.
USA was the first market we started exporting to, thanks to the large Indianpopulation there.We began with about 15 products, all savouries, because they are a favourite with Indians.
What began as a small-town enterprise in india is today a globalphenomenon. Haldiram's is a way of life for Indians no matter whichcountry they live in.And the Countries they live in are also fast developing a penchant for these products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If in Noida, try visiting this branch of Haldiram. Nicely appointed and a vast variety of sweets and savories on offer. Staff is polite and courteous. Was able to pick up loads of sweets for Diwali gifting in under 10 minutes.

Something that would normally take 5 minutes, will take 30 minutes here ..Same person handling each step of order processing and catering to all the customers at counter at once..Does not pay heed to questions we ask ..just ignores ...The problem is, they do not think of this as a problem. The outlet staff needs to learn respecting time of its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water dripping from ceiling, some drops on our food as well, but no one entertained. Our order was delivered after 30 min delay and only after manager's intervention we were able to get the food, and that too wrong order(ordered onion and got masala dosa dipped in oil). Pathetic service, disaster food. Never recommend to visit thi branch of Haldiram. Worst of all. Very bad behaviour of service boys-totally disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is good but the main thing, food and sweets are expensive and not of good quality. I ordered rainbow pastry and sweet called Anurodh. The pastry was not fresh at all and the sweet looked good but not tasted good. 1 sweet piece was for INR 56 but not worthy.bhalla papdi is also not good, very dry and the paper is very soggy.
It was not a very good experience to visit here.

The staff is very friendly and jolly nature. They were all wearing Masks and hands were covered with polythene hand gloves. Disposable plates were used instead of serving in utensils. One thing i really like about Haldiram’s is that you’ll find the same taste globally. We usually order food from Swiggy or Zomato due to covid precautions but this time we thought to visit and we really enjoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience of this place is really good. Family restaurant . As per covid instructions QR code scanner is there you can order food through QR code or order on the counter.
Self service is there and staff is really corporating at each point. Food is delicious
And there was a quite section of packaged foods , bakery products and haldirams Namkeen .
