★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of late, food has become worse and prices has gone to the roof, we were left with upset stomach as they served stale food fried with lot of oil to supress the taste. Every food item has over dose of oil and butter. Also their exhaust weren't working and with no ventilation whole sitting area was filled with kitchen smoke and everyone from family were complaining of irritating in eyes and trouble breathing, the management was indifferent to the issue and simply said to sit in some other place, This branch is Not Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haldirams is franchise brand which is all over India providing best in class sweets and catering services ☺️
Now, we visited this Haldirams in Covid times. The staff was well equipped with all the necessary sanitization procedures. They were wearing masks and gloves and was following all the norms.
Now what I didn't like was that after removing the plates left behind by people the table was not sanitized which should have been done ✅
We sat almost in the middle as the tables have been placed keeping Covid norms in mind. It was around Diwali Eve so it was so crowded that there was no corona norms being followed.
Anyhow this Haldirams is in full functionality so if you wish to visit this place you may visit it and have your favourite delicacies ? but also keep in mind your safety and carry your own sanitizer if possible ?

Quality of the food is very high at this outlet as is expected from a brand like Haldiram. Nice ambience, ample seating arrangement, reasonable order disposal time all these make it one of the very best. Staff is also well behaved committed to their job.
overall nice experience here. The haldiram outlet at Grand Venice mall shall be avoided. Better to choose this one for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love visiting Haldiram. Its my Go-To Place to have Chole Bhature and Rava Dosa. I also tried Raj Kachori, but didn't like it much. I also appreciate the health and hygiene level maintained during the pendamic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it has happened 2-3 times so necessary to write the service review. First of all i noticed 3 separate customers one of them could be 70+ yrs couple were waiting for their orders for more than 30mins and finally had to cancel the order and leave. Similar thing happened to me & i had to literally scream that is there anyone to manage all of this.
In short i got my food after 30mins that too when i had to fight for it & then they told me one of the item which was ordered isn't available.
Worst customer service & a final bye-bye, never visiting again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall OK. However their management at billing counter was in mess. Only one counter was working with long waiting time. The outlet needs to improve on customer management part which is quite inefficient as of now. Quality of items satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haldiram is always a delight for family treat. It's a great choice for vegetarians. We had great family time. I have feedback on honey chilly potato that is created with honey rolled french fries. it's a bluff and a jugad dish created. One star less for this. Rest was awesome.
