The food court a.c was not working. The overall condition is hot, filthy and non-hygenic.
Food is pathetic without any taste.
No qualities checkup. Only name is selling their products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad - I would like to inform you that today I bought Haldiram Prabhuji's Soan Papdi. Manufacture date August 2020 but sorry to inform you the quality was very poor I never have seen a soan papdi like this.. fully oil leaked, very hard, bad taste full waste of money.
I use to love all your product but today its changed my mind. Please take the necessary action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haldirams is popular for its different varieties of sweets and veg dishes.As soon as you enter this outlet you can see huge range of sweets from their iconic kaju barfi to laddu to rasgulla to sandesh.You ask and they have it.
There is also a dry fruit section and snacks section.They also have some 6-7 varieties of pastry.In this outlet there is a separate dine in section where you can have your favourite chaat or chhole bhature or veg thali or dhokla or pasta and the list goes on.We ordered chhole bhature first.The bhatura was literaly huge and they served pindi chana with it and some sliced onion and pickle.
The staff was also extremely cordial and cheerful.
Overall it was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there is no option of to give zero star, I have purchased Laddu for my Diwali puja and at the time of puja It was full of fungus and I was not able to use, pathetic. I never expected this from Haldirams Prabhuji. And when i went to their Kalakar street shop they only replied that send the picture of Ladddu and I did the same but no reply received yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Ghee in Deshi Ghee Laddu, No Kesar no good taste in Kesaria Gulab Jamun. Better to buy from other sweet shops. Haldiram charges us most for their sweets whereas quality is poor in comparison to the price now a days. Will complaint to consumer forum. They are selling normal laddu in packets of special deshi ghee laddu.
