★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever visited, Water leakage from celling, No proper support from staff, Food taste was below average/ worse as compared to place of the restaurant and price, pathetic ambiance, unpleasant staff, No proper management. No proper menu available after scanning very less items were in website as compared to order given on counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Order system is a totally flop. It takes a very long time to place order especially on weekends. There are four billing systems , two of them remain closed.
I bet you can buy a bus ticket at a bus stand faster than you can place order at this particular haldiram branch.
There is no coordination between what is not available to order between kitchen and order counter.
The brand is loosing its credibility in terms of management system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service so far! I had purchased a sweet box on 24th April with an expiry date of 23rd, which I failed to check at the time of purchase. When I realised this, I called the shop today and shared the concern with them. After owning up the mistake and a couple of discussions, the store decided to set up an exchange. As I was unable to travel back to the mall, the store manager immediately sent a personnel to deliver the box at my hotel. Not only was the service quick, they also decided to give me a 1 kg box in exchange of half kg. This sweet gesture by Haldiram only proves that customer satisfaction matters the most to them. An excellent experience which I will never forget! They now have a loyal customer in me. Thank you Haldiram for living upto your values!

1) Haldiram's is a place where you can get hygiene and taste at the same time.
2) The quality of its dishes is really great.
Cons:
1) Haldiram's keep on increasing the prices of its dishes. Everytime I visit Haldiram's, I see a hike in prices. Taxes are getting lower but it's prices are getting higher n higher.
2) Self service - They earn so much but don't know why they don't invest on providing a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can never go wrong with Haldiram. The taste is and always has been finger licking good. This Haldiram too serves you pretty well. And located in the largest mall, it is very spacious. I love how they even have an area for washing hands separately, yet inside their premises so people don’t have to go outside to wash hands. All in all a true Indian delight for all the customers.

Bahature is like papad and dosa is very oily (jo dosa serve kr rha tha use baat tak krni nhi ati thi 1 gante mein to dosa diya)?
