Though it was late for me 2 return it I just made sure that I shud write to them n give my feed back. 2 my surprise they were very kind n offered me a replacement or gift voucher of the same price. Point is when people just don't take orders n deliver n forget , instead they are all there to help you with your issues n promise 2 deliver better. Hence I will make sure that I buy more products from them n keep my relation as a gud client too with them. Thank you Hamster London ?? I had ordered stuff worth Rs.10000/- for myself and my cousins. We received defective umbrellas in exchange of which they promised us a duffle bag. After which we again received defective umbrellas. They dont answer your calls, no response to the messages you send them on whatsapp or instagram and even deletes your comment from instagram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a duffel bag and a water bottle. My order number was 40481 and I got the delivery within 3 working days. Quality of the product was exceptional. Although I was slightly worried about my order, the customer service was exceptional and they helped with order tracking. I really liked what I received so I decided to also visit their store in select city walk. It was beautiful with great designs. It’s great for gifting and otherwise, and would highly recommend you paying a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received the exchange after 1 month , that too defective pieces , the bag was torn and the bottle had scratches on it . After exchange and so much of delays still problem persists and the Hamster London is still adamant on not refunding the amount. They r like sorry we can’t we can give u exchange product or credit note . Who will buy again again from them and waste money on cheap and defective quality products . Please be careful if u order anything .Poor quality and pathetic customer service too …

Whenever I need to pick something for friends, nieces, nephews for any occasion - I am able to find something in the store that will appeal to them! (My niece loves the sticker collection and scented pens the most) I specially love their quirky designs and colors - & their holographic range. I have been using the holographic duffel bag for some time - and it definitely adds a statement to my regular gym excursions!
