In August and paid immediately 100% in advance. Once the Oder was placed and payment was made, communication became a big issue. Phone calls and messages were not answered
Order took 2 months to dispatch
The owner Provided me with a a fake dispatch receipt from DHL and said that the products have been dispatched. After questioning several times he said that he will recall the delivery from DHL and we have to organise our own pick up.
Eventually we had to arrange our own logistics and got the products delivered to us.
Finally when the products arrived l, we found several issues
Products not been packed correctly for Trasnport causing breakages
Products were of poor quality and unfinished
No reply since from the owner. Very poor display of ethics and customer service
