★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would be happy if I could give a negative rating for this store. Had a worst experience 4 months back when I gave my wedding card for printing. They dint delivered as promised on the day committed. Requested a week extra time, still dint deliver the cards. On top of that owner kept lying to us. Worst service I was so disappointed. If you have only few days left for a occasion, then please don't go for printing here. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

Very good before and after sale service.
Innovative products and solutions.
They also a very good collection of wedding cards.
Even bought a few houseold item's like copper bottles as well.

However, I understand that due to covid your partners/designers are currently undergoing changes. I hope you will get a better designer who will elevate your business

But had a BAD experience with customising products. 1.Delivery of customised product is too delayed. 2.Price of material is quite high as compared to standard 3.Quality of finishing and end product is way below expectations, whether quantity is 1 or 100 quality is expected to remain the same. A professional and ethical company does not reduce or neglect quality for small quantity orders. FYI- Samples are meant to be the base for large quantity orders. Good luck for your future!
