★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place placed order 5 days in advance for cake to be delivered at 8 pm today however its 9-15 and there is no sign of the cake, also the people only take your calls for orders once there is delay they do not have courtesy to answer your call, On top if that when you whatsapp at 8-30 they say there is too much traffic and person is reaching in 10 mins, Please be careful while ordering the cake please give time of 3 hours in advance of your party time so that your party is not spoiled

Everyone loved the cake and it tasted amazing....Thanks to Munaf from Malad outlet for customizing the order and Srinivas and team at the workshop for baking it perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On upcoming Christmas festival and many more birthdays throughout the year you can visit here to bring the cake as per your choice. I have visited here around 3-4 times, everytine i visited here I found the same shapes, variety and flavoured of the cake. No doubt taste is good but there are very less variety of cakes available. If you want to buy on urgent basis definately this is one of the great place but if you want to buy the cake which is in your mind then I'll not suggest you this place. Staff over here not that informative though they are supportive. Rest is fine apart from cakes you can find good quality chocolates, cookies and other eatable bakery items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have order the Christmas special dutch truffle cake which has a teddy with a Santa cap on it. The cake taste obviously the best but the teddy on the cake looks pretty disturbing. Please make sure you provide what's been shared on the image of your product. I spent extra for the teddy and that it the biggest disappointment. Never gonna opt for any festival special cake from hangout Malad from now on.
