★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good residential apartment in East Delhi (Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara). It has four storeys building with having lot of Blocks.
Best feature is marked parking space for one car allocated to all the residents of this apartment.
Big baskette self dispenser machine is available on entrance of apartment gate.
This apartment has 24×7 security guards facilities at entrance post. Register is being maintained for the visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance through slums. You'll get a warm welcome by pigs. People living here are not less than slum people. No parking space. And when you'll open a window of your flat you'll get a view of the नाला. And because of that naala your electrical appliances would not last even 1 year because of the gas generated by that naala. And think when the appliances don't last there... How it must be affecting the people living there.

If you are already staying here - I feel bad for you!
Do not invest here, do not even think of staying here! It' a horrible place. No development progress happens here, there is ZERO network connectivity, your maintenance money is improperly utilised, walls of your home will deteriorate because of dampness (सीलन).

The project offers plenty of benefits that includes prime location, comfortable , great amenities, healthy surroundings and high return. But the negative thing is locality near about surrounded by street dweller
