★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience is well good, Experienced Driver, so smooth driving its no disturbance in sleeping, although More precaution can be taken for covid protection, cleanliness is good but mask wearing missing with staff and passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled alone at night .. extremely unsafe feeling because of hans cleaners and employees.. very rude employees..Washroom at the place where they stopped the bus for dinner at midnight 1 am was dirty, unhygienic and not at all female friendly! *Pay extra for other travels and avoid this suffering*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Seat number LEDs are disturbing for travellers at night.
2. The rest stop is VERY VERY VERY unhygienic and not at all family friendly. People are smocking everywhere, extremely bad toilet conditions, environment is not safety for lady passengers, unable to touch the food after seeing the condition. There is no option of sharing a pic in this comment, otherwise I would have showed all these things with just 1 picture.
3. Unacceptable rude behavior of the staff. Especially a cleaner who gave a back answer after requesting to stop at some family friendly restaurant.
There is no option of Zero Star rating. If there was, then I would have give Zero or probably minus rating.

I had booked the Hans travels AC sleeper bus (Bharatbenz).
Before boarding I literally tried to call on every possible number provide in message, app and even online customer care number, no one, a single number even was not reachable.
I literally had no clarity that I will actually travel till I got the bus, and traced the bus by GPS only?.
Few more below points, A very worst service I ever saw.
1. No contact details before boarding. Provided contact are just for formality and not reachable.
2. No office in Nashik.
3. Bus quality is worst ever.
4. Not safe to travel with Family, just because no clarity about the journey, and from Nashik to Indore, the buses are mostly after 10.30pm- to 2.00 pm, how should we wait there with Family as no office is there, only A board for formality.
Same experience I gone through many times, but just because of the convenient dropping time I supposed to book this operator/bus, but surely will not again.
Don't Book, very bad experience

Good place to wait and seat , waiting , washrooms are provided, location also very close to main connected roads, local transport easy available from here , roof is closed so very good for rainy season , food and tea stall also located. Also small parcel service provider for all over india, bus available for transport to also most all over india.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel agency without proper amenities, luggage keeping place is full of mud, and dirt they are not taking any response to clean it atleast sitting doesn't have fans, windows are stucked with rust no blankets provided and plug sockets are not working properly....i personally give 1star
