Instructors are well trained and well experienced.
Lot of dumbbell sets are available so no waiting....
Healthy atmosphere with motivational songs playing all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and affordable gym. Almost all necessary equipments for bodybuilding are present here. There is a small separate space for warm up. When you join the gym the trainer teaches you proper warm up and cool down exercises. They give you exercise chart and diet plan after one week of joining. There are 3 to 4 trainers that are always available to help you while performing exercises.They guide you with proper form to do all the exercises correctly. Cleanliness and hygiene is always maintained.
