★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Workers with huge attitude ?. I will never visit happi mobiles again . ?. They are thinking that they're losing their money . And the billing took so long that I would've sit there and played a game of pubg . The internet connection is very poor . One worker face is always like ( ehee enti ee bathuku ) . By seeing his face our mood and utsaaham will go away. And the costs are very high. No discounts nothing. I suggest better not to visit this place . There is another branch in vizag you better visit that . For giving a 120rs earphones they've shown an attitude of a celebrity . I think maybe the workers are scamming there . (Teww teww tewtetww teww teww tewteteww .. ehh ehhh ehheeehhh... Riya meri girlfriend ..) . The waiting time is too much . We can watch 2 to 3 movies in that time . You guys better take popcorn and drinks . And there is a bowl of chocolates for customers ,but there are no chocolates ? , workers ate all of those ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst costumer care service ??,when my Mobile got broke I complained them about this they told it The company members will come in 8-10 days but it is almost 20days when I called them about this they were like with high attitude and kept mobile beside talking themselves??and they even have No tension that costumer Is in a phone call and talking about cleaning ????? ,better go to other mobile showroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience in this store, ten days back I bought Samsung note 10lite which is second rated phone they had sold to me, phone hangs out, finger print scanner is not working, the Samsung sales person is not reliable and not at all responding to my complaints. They are only interested in selling the worst products to the coustmers. Very very worst products the Samsung sales person selling in that showroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In simple words please avoid this store, Waste Worst and cheating all customers. I recently purchased M52 5G for 24.5K paid via amazon pay. Store people(Santosh) fooled and took my phone stating he need to make some settings and transferred 780Rs cashback to his account. When i asked him they are fooling customers by telling everytime we scan the store gets some cashback hence they will take that cashback also it seems. They will promise all things and cheat customers so please ignore this store.
