★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased PS5 from "Happy Gaming World". Yes, price is higher but I don't like to stand in queue to purchase anything that's why I have preferred to go with "Happy Gaming World". I was worried earlier about trust because of scammers but Ankit (Sales person) provided me option to pay on COD with minimum confirmation amount and it went well. I got my delivery with Brand new condition and it's working as per my expectation. Happy to have "Happy Gaming World" in my trusted list to purchase in future without any hesitation.

There is active seller's warranty for 1 year instead of company warranty. One less thing to worry about when purchased from HG world. This is my first imported unit purchase. Hassle free experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my first ever gaming console (the Xbox Series S) from these guys and I must say that I was extremely skeptical about buying something like this from an online website which was not Amazon/Flipkart. These consoles have been really hard to grab and that built my skepticism a bit more. However, I must say that I did not regret this huge leap of faith. Not even a bit. Not did I just get this console for 4k lesser than the actual market price but the service, the constant coordination and tech support...it was all a very seamless buying process. It has been a month now and the console is running absolutely smooth and no qualms as of now. If you wish to purchase a console you should definitely consider these guys. Their prices are really good, the payment options are plenty and seamless, the tech and customer support is absolutely prompt and on-point. Really genuine guys. Kudos to HGW team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my experience there's been a situation where I ordered a PlayStation 4 controller which had COD but you had to pay 10%in advance as a token of mutual trust, I was new to this system and I cancelled my order. But one of the employee asked me whether I would buy the product if he himself send the product to my address with full COD. So I accepted and he sends it to me. That shows that they care about our satisfaction and they are willing to do many stuffs other companies won't do for us. Even though they did all that, the product was not upto my expectations. But, here I am giving a 5 star. Because I genuinely believe it was an honest mistake, which they corrected themselves. They did not rest until I was satisfied, they kept in touch until I get the real deal.They asked the product back, they sent me a new one which was up to my expectations. Most of the companies doesn't care about relationship with their customers. But these guys WILL stick with you until you're happy and satisfied. I really respect and love that. Plus I can 100% guarantee that you will definitely get the best price and customer service with these guys. So I fully recommend everyone to buy from 'Happy Gaming World' whenever you are to buy anything related to gaming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuine and friendly retailers. I purchased the Pulse 3D headset from them at Indian MSRP price. The unit was imported but it works flawlessly just as any other Pulse 3D headset. The seller was also very prompt in shipping the item, however the delivery was delayed, but that's on XpressBess.
The owner also responds on WhatsApp very fast. I have been using the headset for 1.5 months and it works flawlessly. The actual item was also sealed and unopened.

What I like was that the package came in official sealed box.
Delivery took more than week but I was fine with it.
I opted for pay at delivery.
Their is no compromise on the performance of the console, for 1080p 60fps it is a beast.
