★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The IOC road running to Ideal Homes road and its surrounding areas were missing a good super market. Barring the Reliance Fresh near Ideal Homes circle, none was around. Now it's good that this one has come up here. However, many popular brands were missing especially in spices and pastes. They have stocked mostly some particular brand. They should rectify this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month I brought groceries worth₹ 1090, in that I had took 2 kgs of sugar from this shop. This sugar is adulterated with broken rice grains. Though you may feel like its not a huge amount (82₹) but still you have to provide things properly that are worth for the money being paid.
Please consider the customer's hard earned money and dont make profit by giving rice when asked for sugar.
Hope things won't be wrong again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality and service. Bought a bag of peanuts which had worms within few days of purchase and much before stated expiry. Also bought an electric mosquito swatting bat, which stopped working in one day. Shop refused to reimburse or exchange the item worth 360 rupees. Left the garbage item back with them as a gift for them to keep and decorate! Won’t be surprised if they pass it on to some other unsuspecting customer. Best to avoid the store completely. No idea what customer service or retention is about.
