NEW DELHI: In a major relief to private schools in the national capital, the Supreme Court on Monday refused to stay Delhi high court's order quashing the Delhi government's ruling which had directed private unaided schools not to collect annual charges and development fees from students till physical re-opening of the schools..
The apex court said that the judgement of a single judge bench is pending before a division bench in the high court and the Delhi government should raise its grievances there. The court also refused to entertain Delhi's plea for interim order. The Delhi high court on June 7 had declined to stay a single-judge order, which had allowed unaided private schools to collect annual and development fees from the students for the period post the lockdown in Delhi in 2020. Earlier, in its May 31 order , the single judg had quashed two office orders of April and August last year issued by the Directorate of Education (DOE) of the Delhi government forbidding and postponing collection of annual charges and development fees. The bench had noted that the orders wei "illegal" and "ultra vires" the powers of DoE under the Delhi School Education (DSE) Act and Rules.

Happy Home Public School's Game- Leg Cricket ???? basically they give us a football and the bat will be our leg then we have to shoot it through our leg to till barriers if won't then it will be a 4 and if touched on barrier without touching on ground
then it will be a 6 but if we throw the ball out of barriers then we are out
Literally wow this game I telled to my friend's about this game and they laughed on me Just buy a little bit more.ground
Hence studies are really very cool and refreshing fully air conditioned it's good therefore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best school in delhi ncr according to me because of Good education system and fees is affordable. Best teachers, caring staff and well organized system. My son is very happy here, his transition was made easier under the guidance of Mrs. Sanjukta Dutta mam, his class teacher.
He's enjoying online classes held by his teacher. Online classes are very interactive and fruitful to him.. He learned a lot from online sessions. Without giving burden to students and parents, through activities, teachers teaches their students and encourage them everytime. Thank you all the teachers and staff. ?????????

Study wise the school follows the CBSE curriculum and conduct many workshops for their students. The manager Ma'am ... Madam Laxmi Sharma , is no doubt a helpful lady and treat her students like her grand children. The school principal ... Madam Anita Hans , is no doubt a goos caretaker and always ready to listen the students concern. So a must go school for the new comers !
