★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “I’d been searching for my first home for a few months and was looking at a mix of both new homes and older properties, but as soon as I visited Daanish Hub- Happy Homes it was hard to get away from it really.
“The location was the main reason I moved here." There is a huge range of different house types there, but the 3bed was the one which really stood out for me. There is plenty of room so I can have my relatives and friends around, and the living room is really spacious. Kitchen plan is great as well with the design making it feel like a huge area.
“It is the first time I have purchased a home for myself and the sales staff made it really easy for me. They dealt with all of the Bank loan and everything was taken care of with no fuss. I was told which date the home would be ready and everything went to plan with no delays or anything, so it went as smoothly as possible.

I have seen builders with so many restrictions in flat modifications and few might not allow to modify but Happy homes allowed me for the modifications. Their sales/support team are friendly in nature and help you with each and every aspect. People who are looking for a flats in Guntur with reasonable price, i strongly recommend.
