★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since there is no competion between the agencies of LPG supply, the industry suffers from a monopoly of the Distributer in a area. Still i have found fantastic Distribution agencies like Book and cook for HP.
But one the very opposite end of it lies the Happy Indane. The front Office executives are busier than our Honorable PM and CM (atleast there is response to the CM helpline) but if a day comes when you have to call this agency, your call will be recieved and disconnected so fast that will make your head spin and your wallet empty of the pulse change of outgoing.
And if you plan to visit, you need to be thick skinned. My wife had to apply for a new gas connection as i was transfered out of the town and we needed a new connection. We did the application online and got it cleared in a very short time (kudos Indian oil Corporation and the Petroleum Minister, and digital India). But then this Private institution is above Indian oil, Indian Govt and almighty himself.
If any of you are planning to get a connection in this area, I suggest that you may look for alternate connection from HP or Bharat Gas. The waste of time, energy and no regard to consumer and humiliation on top is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deliver very late. I have book my cylinder on 1 may 2022. The invoice generated 3 times of rupee 955.5 but. They do not delivered. Now today the price of cylinder is hike by 50 rupee. So they again generated new invoice of rupee 1055.5 why should I pay more even I book my cylinder on 1 may. It is very irresponsible behavior from the Happy indane. I am not happy... Happy indane
