Hardwyn has been actively participating in various trade fairs and events in the past. Our efforts towards social responsibility have attached us to many social organizations namely, World Punjabi Organization, International Punjabi Society, Chelmsford Club and Indo-Pak cultural Societies. Our recent participation was seen at ACE-TECH 2011, an event dedicated to the construction industry for displaying their products, services, equipments and technologies. Hardwyn showcased its exclusive product range of Door Closers, Floor Springs, Glass Patch Fittings, Shower Enclosure Fittings, Shower Stainless Steel Railings & Balustrades, and many other architectural hardware and fittings in the global exhibition.

Starts malfunctioning every month or so. Got it repaired 3 times in the past 6 months. Useless product. Company does not replace at all.and not able to repair also.

Bought material for my projects. Since 3 months , a lock for replacement is not provided. Any new order is provided within a day and service is left for months
Totally stuck with their material
Now they are saying to get locks changed from head office ... dont buy at all ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a hardwyn handle lever lock and it got stuck inside the door as soon as it got installed. I called the customer support and it took them 4 weeks to change the damaged part. The field executive carrying out the job knew nothing about the company and its policy. He had no information when contacted and was very absurdly quarrelsome and adamant. He even scratched my new lock and denied to accept it later. The customer support is casual with the complaints and grievances and their is a lot of miscommunication and lack of knowledge between the employees working in the company. I will surely not recommend anyone to buy products from this brand.
