God knows how difficult will be to get warranty service, in case required.
Better try only advance and payment on delivery for better response I guess.
Very unprofessional setup of service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a chandelier, the full amount was paid in advance. They promised to deliver it within 2 to 4 days, but it was delivered after 15 days that too after making repeated calls, they kept giving excuses that the delivery guy is not available, few days later they said electricians relative has passed, then the electrician was ill. Person who came to deliver didn't even mount it and said electrician will b coming seperately, for which again i had to make repeated calls to them them kept giving excuses and said the electrician will b coming the next day. Who never came. Finally I had to get it fitted by paying the local electrician.
Pathetic service.
