But in my experience they only value the customer till the item is sold.
Once they have sold they don't recognise you.
My aunt bought some dimond from this place and she has the card with her. But when she went to exchange and repair it the sales man said without bill they won't accept it.
What is the purpose of the card then. When the card has all the details of the jewellery
