Because kaka is little strict if nuisance occur which disturb neighbor. So ask for permission.

β β β β β Lack of water supply. Bathrooms are totally damaged. Every thing is broken. If Google allows me to give negative staring then it is the best thing for this hostel. Fees are too high and services is worst...
At the time of admission owner promises so much but after admission he forgot everything. Food is not hygienic. Once we seen worms in buttermilk. And there were dead mouse in the container of wheat.
