★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to live in, friendly surroundings and peaceful environment. Have standard lift though. Electricity and water have no issue. Overall building ? is good with no amenities. Lack of security personnel at the gate and no cctv surveillance what I noticed at the entrance to the building ?.
*Hope the building authorities take care of the security services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are well designed spacious and the parking space is also good. Vehicle parking by the residence is in well manner. But the security didnt stop me while i entered for the first time, me being a new person in the society this makes the security a bit loose. Otherwise a calm society

It is well connected with SG Highway right behind and other necessities like hospitals, grocery shops, restaurants etc within a radius of 1Km. The society has several blocks which are 4 storeyed buildings. The houses are 2BHK with top flours having an extra penthouse in their favour. There is ample parking space as well as playing area in the middle of the society area.
