★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only thing i dislike is the caretaker's behavior.. even after giving them notice 1 month prior of leaving.. he told to come after 2 weeks for the refund of advance.

Food is worst.
Owner of this pg has no maners of talking with people. If you will tell him about the demerits of pg he will threaten you.
Wifi will not work at all.
Worst experience for me in this pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place i have ever lived in.. The owner Reddy is one $hIt and has no manners to talk to people and the chamcha Satish is one cheat... he takes up security deposit and these guys plan and do not return the deposits. The rooms are not well maintained and the has lots of water issues. I stayed there from Jan 17- June 17.. and it was literally the worst place i have ever lived in. These guys has also planned the electricity lines such a way that the corridors will have supply but the rooms will not have it. So when you feel to cill under the fan while it is hot... you are going to look like the biggest fool ... Apart form that... the rooms are full of cockroaches and are cleaned only once in a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pg from price point of view, location is good and it have basement parking for two wheelers. Cost is 4 k and food is 1.5k additional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For daily basis user its quiet decent place. Abt service then wifi is working only few day in month, and basic facility... if some service is stopped like tv n wifi then u have to beg for the service.. ex for tv connection we have waited for 2months so in sort look for other pg n if u dont have any option the this pg is ok. and only pay security deposit with minimal amt of 500 not 2k else u have to struggle for you money when u will left this pg...
