★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked transport from mumbai to gurgaon. Quotation was low, well mannered nice people. They were very nice & sweet till you make the payment. The pick up guys came late by 2hrs thn their truck arrived late by another 2 hours. They insisted on giving tips actually forced. Left behind my plants knowingly. In transport the tatasky antennae was broken which cost us Rs.500 extra. The mattress was torn which cost us Rs.2000 extra. Few scratches on goods. Articles covered in mud. Few small articles missing. On questioning the answer was, "itna lamba journey thoda bahut tootta abb aap sab theek hoga kaise expect kar sakte hain". No apology nothing.
