β β β β β Very poor experience. My father Purchased a refrigerator on 3 February 2019 from Harisharan & sons. It did not do any kind of cooling and after 3 days He complained about it to the company. When the representative of the company came he told us to change the temperature.they did so But all in vain. He came once again and told us that there is no gas in the refrigerator. Now When we are asking the dealer to replace it he is showing a very rough attitude and is not ready to replace the defective product without its box .We had already discarded that box on the same day of purchase because it was so huge .
We requested them to kindly look into the matter on The priority basis and replace the defective piece .
My parents are senior citizens and dealer is not cooperating.

β β β β β very very poor experience.......... I purchased a Esson co. air cooler of Rs. 7700/- from this shop,
price so high and material or product very poor.
wheel automatically removed from the cooler(Moving) and water fall every time on fan.
one more and most important issue is customer care not support, and shop person not pick any call
my suggestion is please don't buy any product from this shop.
After visit the person not resolve ny issue.........Guy's pls think about before purchase ny product from this shop.

service person visit @ home and change water tank but now I facing a new problem (water leakage) from new tank.
