★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though location is good but the material used by developer is very cheap quality, people are facing frequent issues mainly with plumbing work...facing water leakage from walls and so many...walls are also not strong enough to sustain pressure, cracks on the walls are seen within 6 months of purchase... conclusion is that don't go by name of the developer and cost of the flat is not at all justifiable as compared to issues people are facing day by day
