★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought blouses for 5000.00 and unfortunately size issue and she told will exchage and sent address, when requested her many times over call and msgs with so much polite. Unfortunately my mobile mother board damage and lost all msgs including address. When requested for address again so politely she says hw many times i hav t send.. maaku vere panulu vundava..what i can do for that..we request ed so politely but she naver listens and blocked our contact. How can she block the customer number and i feel its small thing for her t solve this but she never listens to the opposite person who is taking and she disconneting the call. Is this way she should do?. Being respect to her age i am talking so politely but inspite she is rude t talking to me and disconneted the twice and blocked me. I never expected this from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of Harni designs does not respect her customers or women.
I gave two blouses and one crop for stitching. Their tailor took my measurements at the shop and also took notes from the sample pieces I brought with me for style reference. Two days later the items were ready but when I tried them on only one blouse fit correctly, the other two were visibly shorter in the front.
Lakshmi, the shop assistant, was patient, helpful and doing her best to find a solution to this problem.
But when the shop owner learned about the issue, instead of trying to find a solution to their mistake, she told me that the issue was with my body, not their tailoring!! She said this comment after seeing size difference between the blouse that was stitched to the right length and the ones which were visibly shorter by mistake!
She did not even make an effort to try and find a solution to the problem!
If one blouse was stitched correctly to my body shape and the others are not, then surely the mistake is made by the tailor.
How can my body be blamed when her tailor was the one who took my measurements and also measured the sample pieces?
Even more appalling is how one woman can body shame another woman.
No respect for her customers!
