Haripal police OC is a very bad man. Doesn't know how to talk politely to people.Such a person has no qualifications to be an OC unless he has a sense of how to talk to the common man.
Another thing is that when you go to the police station to get a little service, the common people are insulted in vulgar language. Such behavior is not desirable in a police station.
