β β β β β Bakery items are good but not the restaurant. Preparations in restaurant are very poor in quality. I ordered for South Indian dis ie Idili and that was served prepared 3-4 hrs before.

β β β β β I always likes this place but services for customer satisfaction are not good. Harish bekary can not refund 483 rs which I paid them against a pending payment of 438 rs. And I was promised that if the pending payment is completed successfully then they would give me refund. This all happened in Nov 21 and now it's Mar 22. And still they don't want to give my refund. I show them bill and account statement and they agreed too. But nothing, ????

β β β β β Today, I had ordered 2Kg cake for my birthday from this bakery. I was disappointed with how the cake turned out. They didnβt put anything for support in the middle of the cake due to which the cake got bent on one side and cracks developed on its surface as soon as I reached home. I have ordered my birthday cake from this bakery for the past 5 years but this has never happened. This is due to the weird shape of the cake and their sheer carelessness that this has happened.

β β β β β Service is slow. Usually waiting on weekends in evening! Don't order Chinese Platter! You'd regret it, if you did. Main course Dal Makhni, Kadhai Paneer is quite tasty, no complaints for Butter Naan, Butter Roti. The only area of improvement is 'service'. I'd like to suggest, order mainly Indian food, as the other dishes are not at all worth it. Considering the price point: it's βΉβΉβΉ expensive
Restaurant is located on 1st floor, and you can buy Sweets, Cake ?, and other bakery stuff from the ground floor itself.
