I recently bought a steering cover, which was fixed on the steering by their worker. Later on I noticed that it was damaged and asked them to replace it. But they not just refused to replace it at first, but talked in very unprofessional manner. Although they replaced it later, the way they interacted with us was not appropriate.
Had a bad experience with the store, especially how they talk to their customers. I was not asking for any free service or favour. If I had paid for a product, I would definitely want it to be in good condition.
