★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were introduced to Harkamal and recommended by our Interior designer. Although the showroom has a varied collection of tiles I am sure many other sellers also have a similar collection.
However we faced a lot of problems with dealing with this seller.
Firstly, they did not deliver some tiles on time. This was crucial as the tiling work had already started in our house.
Secondly, their salesperson was everytime insisting on full payment without delivery in full. When finally confronted we were informed that our ordered tiles were not being made in the factory and so we were forced to selected alternatives.
Thirdly, they made the calculations incorrect leading to shortfall of many types of tiles while being installed. Their attitude to provide additional tiles seemed uninteresting.
Fourthly, the owner even stopped communication with us when we requested for a few additional tiles. We had to physically go to the showroom where we finally got a negative reply that the same tiles were not available with them.
MY ADVICE - Avoid Harkamal as there are so many other sellers available from where same tiles and at a competitive price could be bought.
