Then I met Priyanka and Hitendra from Harlean Realtors. They were very helpful and friendly. They not only helped me to finally sell off the flat but made the entire process hustle free. I am based in UK and wanted to ensure that I don’t need to travel multiple times. Hitendra and Priyanka ensured that the process gets over in two days time when I am in India. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience of buying a property remotely from UK was very daunting at first, as I couldn't afford to travel to India but still wanted to put down an investment as early as possible. The experience with real estate dealers was very bad previously so I didn't want to involve anyone at first. But Hitendra from Harleen Realtors was a true property consultant rather than a 'property dealer'. He was able to provide me insight into the market trends, had good knowledge about the local area, a great relationship with the builder and facilitated the whole conversation with me remotely. He also provided me with all the MI that helped me make the decision about how much at what rate and for how long. He also took my Parents and myself out to the property visits when I finally managed to visit .. and I was very pleased to see my investment was in the right place. The best thing is that this was at no direct cost to me. Highly recommend their service for any remote/onsite property investors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised by the review from Shravani Kulthe. I am the seller who sold the flat to Kulthe family. Firstly, I dont understand the moral ground for this review when they never enagaged Harleen Realtorss and did not pay their fees. Harleen Realtors was engaged by me.
As for paying money & delay, here are the facts. Mrs. Kulthe contacted me around Jan 20 seeking to finalise the deal. On Jan 22 they paid the first installment of Rs. 1 Lakh. Following this, they made payments in 4 installments, the final one on March 06, 2019. So in fact it was me, who was made to wait for 7 weeks. HDFC confirmed their disbursement cheque details on March 11 and we signed & registered documents on March 12, in spite of the fact that I live in Bangalore. I am told that the norm in the market for such deals is one month. I wonder who will compensate for my loss of interest for 3 extra weeks.
The "delay" mentioned here is about possession of the flat. Kulthe family wanted to shift to the flat even BEFORE making full payment to which I refused and caused her heartburn.
As for the rudeness after making payment, I wonder when Harleen Realtors had the time to do that!
As for my experience, I think Mr. Hitendra of Harleen Realtorss handled the entire process very well. In fact, when my tenants left the premises, it was in a pretty dirty state. They took it upon themselves to repair & paint it though that is not normal part of services of a real estate consultant. They kept sending me the cost details, pictures & videos of the process. They are thorough with the paper work required and also about the legal formalities. I did not hear a "no" from them for any service.
I recommend Harleen Realtors for Real Estate Services.

We came across Harleen Realtors. We found both Priyanka and Hitendra to be very professional and committed with a “never say die attitude”. Even though the real estate market looked tough with demonetization hitting the country, but they never gave up. They are a thorough professional with good work ethics. Hitendra ensured he was with us from the beginning till the end of the resale process and made the entire journey hassle free. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. We feel we have a trustworthy property manager, as well as a friend!

No doubt she has a lot on her plate, but she deals with things without having to say no or the customer thinking why did I chose her. I stumbled upon her as I was trying to find the home here. She showed me the first place and it was like this it is. Throughout the deal, and even today after months, she has kept in touch and speaks as genuinely as always. She even understood my grounds and ensured the owners do not face difficulties. Professional, "not rude at all", yes, thorough in legal works, ensuring everything is kept updated and making the deals as smooth as possible. Relationships need to be built, and she knows how to do that, even when doing her work. Trust me, she was one of the people who made me feel like I am not in a new place and treated me like a brother throughout. Thanks Priyanka. ?

Even in this tough time of global pandemics, they managed to get me a tenant without even compromising on the rent(which many people are taking advantage these days). Not only finding a good tenant, they even saved me once to fall into trap of a tenant who would have given me hard time later.
