I placed an order for 3 metre magnetic lights in mid dec; got a call saying that that stuff was out of stock will take 2 weeks to replenish; actually took 6 weeks to replenish; got in shipped to my city in first week of feb and now the shipper seems to have misplaced the package. still shows in their system but no attempted deliveries till now and Harold team has been promising a delivery every day for the past two weeks. No refund and no follow through. Zero accountability!!!
