β β β β β I am from Raiganj (West Bengal).I went to Harsh Hospital on 23/11/2021 for treatment of my stomach. Now I feel better after I was treated there . I had been suffering for 6-7 months . Almost all the staffs of that hospital are too gentle and they treat with patients politely.The doctor was Shaneel Harsh by whom I was treated .Now I m well.

Taking case of my dad @75 itself is challenging yet the Team performed to our entire satisfaction.

β β β β β My mother was having a stone measuring 8.6mm in her cbd. Her condition was very severe. I am very thankful to dr. Harsh and his coordinates. My mother is well now and she is totally recovered.

β β β β β Hospital administration needs to improve in the below points:
1. Staff behaviour is too worst, which needs to improve a lot. They are thinking as IAS or IPS officer themselves.
2. Doctors come at 1 PM always which is too late.
Doctors should give some respect to the time.
3. Most of the time doctors on leave.

Misbehaving with patients and taking illegal appointments check two patients togather in a room.being a doctor she doesn't have sense to treat a patient.Getting one statement from the Receptionist Mam aayengi aap baithiye. Kab aayengi Mam kuch pata nahi.Bas mam aayengi,
She doesn't deserve to be a doctor It's a matter of the baby and a mom. Inka samay bahut zaldi kharab aane wala hai.

β β β β β Dr. Harsh Anju is good Dr. who is our consultant Dr. But staffs behavior is pathetic. Not at all professionalism. Majority of the people who sit in counters eat gutkha and speak with patients. Too challenging booking an appointment.

β β β β β Worst management and Doctor behavior.. They even don't have basic ethics how to talk to patient. I am inside hospital now and i need medicines for my child and they stopped me saying they can't open the door. When I said I am going to call the cops than they opened it. Not every parent can handle such worst Situation. So it's better to go for any good reputated private hospital or any government one. They stop the lifts and other facility inside also . Check the pics for more details. They are just here to make money and they are least bother about the patient and their family or child. Once a baby is delivered no one is going to help or take care of your child. Doctor not even come for regular checkup even they are charging for the same. I am Rahul from Purnea and I am local guy. By profession I am Software Engineer and in this corona time I am at home from past 1.5 years. I have been to so many hospital but none of them behave in such a bad manner. So be aware and spread the news so that these kind of people must relise their mistake and improve the service or they must need proper ethicates so that patient and their child should not suffer.

β β β β β My son who is just 5 years old, by mistake took a 5 rupee coin inside his stomach. I was so worried and went to many doctors across city but nothing helped me. I got reference of Dr. Shaneel Harsh and went to him. He was good and his staff was also very cooperative. They used the advanced technique and took only few time and the result was just unbelievable. I am taking my son back to home in just one day!! I am very happy and touchwood very lucky that i went to him.
