★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (24/08/2021), I visited Harsh Hyundai Service Center, 180/2, Pipliya Rao Near Rajeev Gandhi Square, AB Rd, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001 for changing the console of the Gear Nobe ( the leather part).
I already bought that console (spare part) from your authorized dealer AVS Mobis Dewas Naka indore yesterday ( 23/08/2021). Copy of invoice enclosed for your reference.
For installation of that part only I visited the service centre today, but the technician denied the stating that " we don't install the spare part purchased from outside of this service centre".
If this is the case Hyundai should stop selling the spare parts from AVS Corporation.
It was really bad experience from that customer has been straight way denied the service of the vehicle, just because the spare part are purchased outside the service centre. Also note that AVS Corporation is Hyundai's authorised spare parts dealer.
And I am not forcing the service centre to install local parts, it the Hyundai genuine part only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harsh Hyundai is a very well option for the tight scheduled people to get theirs car service. It is so due to some very practical reasons firstly the location (totally fine for the people to leave the car at service centre and get ibus from right their outside and coming back to same location). Secondly the service provided by the staff and centre.
Totally supportive and helpful staff in regard of any queries, doubts and unwanted situations known as policy problems.
The service centre also provides the almost accurate information related to the time required to accomplish the work to be done with our vehicle. The test drive done by executives makes us aware about the things which should be done to be safe from the damage to our car and pocket.
The after sale service is also remarkable for the people, because after the service they call us to get the proper feedback and if we have some bad experience they even try to cure that too. The service centre people even call us to remind about the service schedule which is almost correct too. They also inform the customers about the running and upcoming events and scheme schedule of Hyundai and the dealership.
