★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed with the behaviour of service manager Mr. Yuzvendra singh. Also the charges were not being clearly explained, they did extra services(wheel allignment and balancing) which was not at all needed, and when i asked to return the extra charges which were being charged without information, so they gave the reason that service bill has been generated and we cannot refund. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH HYUNDAI, WISH I COULD RATE THEM ZERO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well if you are told that one of the part is faulty double check before spending money. I was facing cooling issue and was told that the ac compressor of my creta had gone faulty. Spent 20000 to get that replaced but the issue did not resolve even after that. After multiple visits and facing issue for weeks, Had to research internet and go through the manuals and finally it was resolved resetting the FTAC ( automatic ac unit)
So the problem was not with compressor but it was a wrong diagnosis by technician. , be cautious when spending money on parts suggested by them.
