★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked optima white and they given me grey colour with the reason of non availability of white colour. But at the same time they delivered 2 another customer white colur vehicle.
They are not doing proper practice, only whom they know provide best service and other one they not treat proper, also with misguide customer. This impact to hero bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is small and does not have good collection of ebikes to see and for the test drive.. I only saw three models of Hero bikes. This is general in all the Hero electric showrooms. Company does not provide bikes for display. Overall the people were good. But one of them was not happy when I asked him a lot of questions about various things. Although he did not tell me anything bad but he was sarcastic. This is not good at all for business. Otherwise another lady was really nice.
