★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent apartment complex with very nice people. It's got modern amenities like outdoor gym and a very pro active management. Centrally located in Dwarka sector 7 and a few minutes away from metro stations, markets and big hotels (ITC, Taj, Radisson). The proximity to domestic terminal (1D) of IGI airport is an added advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management. Street light are always off. Had a good play area but that is also ruined. Management only looks for freebes given by local shops. Every amenities in society comes from donation. Lifts are just for name in pathatic condition.

Apartments are built in a very old type construction. Building looks very old.
Tiles in apartments looks very dull.
Only one washroom in a 2bhk Apartment that too very small.
