★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I went for purchasing glass today.The attitude shown by person at reception was worst and I don't know how this shop still surviving with unfriendly attitude.If we ask any question from them they don't have any answer for that.
I know this has begin their end, soon somebody with better service and product will come and replace.Ultimately, they are finished.
I cannot explain after giving money they ask , their attitude and behaviour was very bad.
I will recommend never go this shop, if you want to get insulted then go ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience they are lootera's and the once you a product there is no return policy due and you are forced to buy another product even if you don't require one. Worst place to buy utensils or electronic products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though it is a huge store with all crockery, utensil n plastic stuff, their prices are extremely high. There is a price difference of 10-20% of same commodities when compared to other shops. One should only buy from here if it's an emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced store. People living in multi storey societies, they have lack of time and this store is taking benefits of it. Also staff are not friendly, they do not support you to find the right product. I'll suggest go to nearby market like baraula, aatta, bhangel you can save alot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent my brother to their store to buy wine glasses and instead of that they sold him brandy glasses.
My brother was unable to differentiate between the two as they look quite similar. later when I go to replace them after 15 minutes, they refused to replace it.
Quality is low and cost is to high. Also very rude behaviour of the chutiy@ owner.
