★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with the merchant. We have purchased bathroom accessories in bulk from the shop for our new home. In one of the washbasins we have purchased, the coating started falling off. We contacted the owner for the issue and he simply denied for the replacement. At the time of the purchasing, they committed to contact them for any issue in future but when we did the same..they simply denied for the service and advised to purchase the new one.
I would not suggest anyone to purchase any thing from the shop. Oochi dukan, fikey pakvaan.

At the time of purchase they will do anything, but at the time of return, they will change their wordings. Tried to call kitech area manager but he is also behaving like we just want to sell, not to resolve your issues. Never use kitech and haryana pipe store.
