★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought a flat from Hasini for my relatives which we found their services are not good enough after buying flat last year. Before buying flat we have got good response from some flat owners and also negative feedback from some flats. They have promised Tar road from main highway road to project but till now it's still in same way which is too problematic for old people to even walk on road. In 2020 itself They promised municipal water to be coming soon but till now nothing happened. They have promised to build kirana store but till now nothing happened. They have failed to stand on their promises. Construction is some what good enough but there are some issues with plastering walls as there are some leakages. And there are many issues which they have failed to stand on their words.
Note. I personally feel if anyone is looking to buy flats .. i suggest you to get a flat on rent for atleast 2 months in gated community and observe what's right and wrong with community and then if you feel everything is ok as per your requirements, then proceed with buying flat..
