★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. ....They don't stick to their words. ..Abi aa rha hu 5 mint do 20 mint do. Payment k liye 15 mint b nhi lgaye or form lekar paunch gye. After taking money they don't even bother to answer the calls. Improve your services or else close this business.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basiclly they are gang of thugs..when u ask for connection they immediately come to you for not giving connection but taking your money ..after that u will be told that their engineers are coming within an hour but they will not come for sure..and the person who took your money will not receive your call after that..after 2days their enginners visit to you and they will just somehow fix the router and told u to wait so that it could be started from company but in my case they even didn't fix the router properly and made loose connection which helped me in keeping my router off for 5hrs ..after calling coustmer care they guided me and then i was able to onn my router but the main problem is the speed .i took the pack of 50mbps but the speed was 0.5-1 mbps ..so i strictly suggest not to take connection from this company. and one more thing their coustmer representative keep telling that they r coming within an hr or 2hr but they won't come

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could rate them -5 highly unprofessional people!!! They will be sweet to u till the timex u make the payment as soon as u pay they will be gone! Will not pick your calls..fraud company fraud people! Dont provide proper services!!! And also misbehave with the customers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doesn't deserve even one star, worst representative ever, provided false information regarding complete set up of my broadband connection. They asked for the payment and told us that within 4 hours setup and connection would be activated. It's been more than 24 hours , they are not even responding our phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very worst broadband company, I make payment first and after that, no one pic up my call and also still my connection not setup.
It's 2 days now but my all issue are same.
There is a person who is communicate with me regarding connection, he said there is a protocol to make payment first, after payment within 1 hr connection done.
But now that person is not picking up my call even there customer case number is also useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this service . For 100mbps plan they are providing 4.13 Mbps download and 0.42 upload speed.customer care not responding and solving the issue . Highly pathetic service.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very prompt in installing but very poor services. 80 mbps plan was taken last week and 3 months plan is mandatory. The avg net speed is around 7 to 8 mbps. Despite telling them, no response. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. I want a immediate refund.
