Don't go for rate cutter for one year.
Very bad experience, its been 3 days and almost complained 10 times for frequent internet disconnected issue.

No customer care number is responsive once you pay the amount noone will be concerned about your Issues, in Night it works even more slow i would not recommend it to any one please readers avoid this fake Service provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are complete frauds. One person named "Sunil" will call you and talk very politely and ask you to pay a big sum(6 months or 12 months subscription) and once you do it, he will block your no. There will be no installation. No communication.
Then you'll go to online forums to complaint but nothing.
This shop is fraud and "Sunil" is their sales guy who is a big time fraud.
If you still want to go with Hathway don't get from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a customer for over an year. Speeds were never what they promised. Support team works prompt enough for internet connectivity issues, but all problems started when we shifted house and asked for transfer of connection.
They don't provide service at new place, they wouldn't refund the prepaid amount in full, they bill you as usual while you are waiting for them to terminate the service.
Billing desk never answers queries over phone . Mail communication takes time obviously and meanwhile they continue billing you.
It would have been good service provider if they improve the quality of their service. I personally wouldn't go for hathway again
