★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give a negative rating for their services ...main USPs below:
1) Frequent Disconnections atleast 6-7 times a day
2) Even if you take 100 MBPS connection max speed will be 5 MBPS if you are lucky - else 1-2 Mbps on an average - my 4G mobile hotspot works faster than theirwtheir
3) customer support number - nobody picks up
4) email support only canned responses "Reference to your mail below, we would like to inform you that as we checked currently your connection is working fine and also usage showing frequently.
5) if you ask why speed is less than my plan they will advise to use LAN cable on a wifi router with a speed of 150 MBPS, see their response below:
"Further the speed test being checked by you are on Wi-Fi, which may vary depending on configuration and synchronization between router and Connected device with Wi-Fi Network. Moreover, it also gets impacted by several other reasons I.e. Number of devices connected with Wi-Fi, used server while checking the speed, ongoing task and bandwidth consumption on server and content, distance between Wi-Fi router and connected devices and other circumstances.
Hence we request you to kindly check the while connected with LAN cable on single device, kindly make sure to select Nextra’s Gurgaon Server for proper speed test result according to your plan. Kindly do inform us if the speed results are improper. We assure to assist you in best possible manner and deliver better services."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today,17th May 2019, it will be 08 days since I submitted the application for installation of internet connection at my house. All the charges related to installation/plan (3months)were duly paid by me on 9th May 2020 to Mr. Vipin Kumar from Nextra as told that the connection would get activated the very next day of filling the application but till date it has not been done.
The people who took care of the application formalities have not yet answered my calls since the payment was made. Later they had sent me a no., which when called has been promising that the installation will be done but all in vain. When called in morning says will be done in evening and when called in evening says the installation will be done by next day.
This is so frustrating I think we should join together to get our money back as we are cheated by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company doesn't deserve even single star. Pathetic service , they r bothered till you get connection and about timely top up. No proper internet, no one respond on customer service , no response on emails. It's been 3 days internet down and no one responded from this company by when it will be up nor any information provide to customer.
It looks like accordingly to them whoever is working and taking their services, should stop working because they can not provide good service , and just ask their companies to pay salary on-time.
