★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more than a month, still my service request hasn't resolved. The reply from customer care is they have escalated to technical team and they call you, the fake statement. Noone has called or visited at my place. What a pathetic service from Hathway. They have installed the used router and committed that they will replace with new but still they haven't. Even the sales guy is irresponsible, not able stand on the commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to contact Hathway customer care to shift the connection to new address but no use. When it comes to new connection, sales personnel will call you and talk nicely but when discuss the problem they don’t bother and hang up. I had to write so many mails at [email protected] and provided all the requisite documents and after 12 days the new cable is laid,router and modem is connected but internet not started due to new address not updated in system. It’s really frustrating that inspite of writing so many mails and providing all documents they cannot update the address and when ask customer care to do it they say backhand people will do it. The best part is technicians behave and talk as if they are doing a favour on us for taking their organisation service. Technician will decide when he is free to come for setup otherwise you will get the silent treatment.

Mobile data network is better than hathway ,poor quality customer services provider. One of poor quality internet service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. since last 1 month my service request is not closed. Their so called high speed is even having less speed than my mobile data. Network is fluctuate very often. Not recommended for Work From Home. When you need it most it wont work for you. They do not have any local representative to resolve issues. Customer care does not even care about you after 5 min they are just disconnecting calls without even providing satisfying solution.
Customer care no provided on their website are out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience.... This is the worst company I have ever seen people working here are not helpful. As my broadband connection has not been working for 15-18 days. I called customer care 8-10 times but they have not responded and helpful. No one even bothered to reach us and solve the issue. As I have paid payment for 1 year in advance but even after that no speed, no technician, even internet not working from last 10-15 days. I called them many times but they didn't responded. So I think taking the Hathway broadband connection is very bad experience for me.
