★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had. Folks I have booked the service at 12pm and they took my goods at 8pm. I have made so many calls to their landline no. And they didn't answered my calls. So guys it's cheap but their service is too bad. They provide me late vehicle and then I have shifted my goods to another place late night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service by far.. they broke the glass of our cupboard and shattered the whole window while moving stuff. upon calling they denied any type of help. the movers were just recklessly shifting things and their carelessness costed us a lot of money to repay our land lord for all this mess. never use this again rather hire some tempo rider, it will help some poor guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for house shifting in the afternoon and they sent the vehicle around 9 in the night. I was told about the waiting time to be till evening and they sent it when the day was over. Also they damaged our stuff and when informed they did not help or cooperate at all. The lady on the phone told me we only make sure that your stuff is shifted if it’s damaged it’s not our responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I booked my service she (cc) said you have to pay 280 rupees but when loding man call me he said 400 rupees, so I talk to you CC she did not response, very bad behavior, don't use haulage service anymore.
I strongly recommend that you don't use its services. Costumer services very poor,
Use LOADME LOGISTICS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, I booked transport for the agreed time.... Waited almost 1 hour due to delay from them....I paid amount online, after that nobody called me.... I keep them calling to get status.... but no call & information received from their end as there was substantial delay in pickup. After almost delay or 1 hour I told to cancel the booking, I arranged local transport service at that location within 5 minute post cancellation with even less charges as compared to haulage service. After so much of suffering & loss of time.... They refused to refund amount which I paid online, they told to use this amount for future transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously Logistics Service Beyond Imagination.
Please do not opt for this pathetic logistic services. They will treat you like dog. They will charge you a hefty sum of money and will deliver your product in damaged format.
"They will take extra money in the name of Insurance and will not provide you any documents for that".
You need to beg for your invoice like a beggar. After delivery if you face any issue they will not entertain you.
In short I got scammed and cheated by them. Even consumer forum tried to contact them but no response from their end.
Now you can gauge how they treat their customers.
