★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its probably the worst PG at given rate , though proximity to metro station is a plus for PG but you'll be living in locality with open sewer some time roads acting like sewer, extremely salty water, but of all the worst kind of management, water cooler won't work, AC will remain unfixed for month in extreme summer month. Though food was good enough comparing PG standards. After my two months of experience, Wouldn't recommend it. You Can get PG at same rate in Near by sector-51. Best of Luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condition of roomsis is pethatic and no management only a cook is whole incharge of everything. Though there is a manager who is only for name he has no management skills and behavior also every month you will see a new manager.
The food is also totally unhygienic and worst in taste, also you can see the quality of raw vegetables they bought for peoples residing here whuch is very downgraded. There are lack of cleanliness in the kitchen and there are mice wandering over flour from which they make breads for the people.
The morning teas is also pethatic.
Remember, the only owner is cook here he holds all the power and eats separately prepared food coz as he knows that cooked food is unhygienic which is being served for the tenants. Though, his duty should be maintained quality food.
Come here if you wants to join total wastage of money.
Only you should expect wifi and power backup.
I had feedback of this pg for two months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro : This pg has all furnished facilities similiar to oyo rooms with tv, ac, gyser.
Cons : can't expect even good food, complained about cook still no action taken(15 days have gone). Food is never cooked on time,keep waiting for half or 1 hour. There is prepaid meter, you will be paying commercial charges even if you are using only a fan & bulb. 100rs = 7.4 units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to be if you're looking for a comfortable and affordable stay at the same time.
The manager here Mr. Rajkumar is very friendly and kind person. He'll do everything in his power to make your stay smooth and trouble free. I stayed here for a week and was very happy with the services provided here.
You get the parking and power backup facility which very hard to find in this particular area. It's nearby metro too and food is also available in and around the haveli hostel.
Make sure to book from booking.com or come here and talk to Mr. Rajkumar you'll get a good deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PG.Caretaker has no manners at all....they run a very bad business over there.....i saw a boy and a girl taking a room on hourly basis...you know what i mean....food quality is cheap...rooms are not maintained...power supply issue...hygenie issue....and lot of other isssue....they provide non veg meal once a month.....and but they will tell u it is provided every weekend....it is a redlight area....try to avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been asking pg staff either to fix my room AC or provide me cooler for last 2weeks. But staff is just keep postponing the date saying " kal pakka cooler lag jayga" everyday. Enka kal aa hi nhi rha hai....
In fact they have two washing machines to show just like hathi ke daant. One machine gives electric shock and another one is just okay. But neither of these have dryer working....kapde aap surf me dhul skte ho...sukhane ka option nhi hai. Kaafi complaint ke bawjood their electrician Santosh bhaiya says ....dryer fix nhi hoga.
Or kya kya hi likhu reviews me....pg has so many service issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pg me Power ka bhot bda issue hai.
Power jane me bad, service ke name par generator rkha hua hai...but kuch rooms me light nhi aati hai generator pe.
Santosh (the electrician of pg) ko kyi bar complains raise kr chuke hai...frr bhi koi action nhi liya ja rha....
Service is really cheap quality....no action are being taken for resident's problems in pg.
I'm writing this review when there is no power in my room. I'm too irritated with here.
