★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is not as per the customer view. Please make a note that if any item is pending from them make a note of it and write it before you buy. Don't believe them. Something fraud is happening inside which indirectly affecting customer. I bought many item. For a single 8mm switch cover they are thinking as if I fooling them. Cost of the cover is 790. Keep on asking them for a period of 6 months but yet not agree to deliver. Please think twice before you go to them. I suggest you all to approach different Havells vendor.

If you wish to check my above statement then please call ( just call. You don't have to go to shop also, no need to buy anything. Just note the product model number for which you need price info from website, and ask other Havells Galaxy stores as well as Havells Galaxy store @ Sri Byravi electricals, Ground Floor, Opp. Domino's, DLF New Town
, Akshayanagar, Nyanapanahalli Main Road, Begur Post, Bangalore - 560068) and then you will come to know the truth. See my attached pictures. Please enquire at different Havells Galaxy store before purchasing it here. Same product costed 8366/- at D P Enterprises Hirandahalli Virognagar Post, Bangalore - 560049.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big time fraud, they are selling the product on higher than MRP price. For example one of The model is made in 2019 and MRP of that is 871 and they are giving me on new model price Mrp 974. Similar way for all other products. Please be careful of this store not recommended for any one. The staff can go to any level to argue while you are right to your point.

Really bad experience.
