★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought one metal halide flood light very scarcely used. Lamp not working. Contacted Havells park circus showroom for a replacement bulb. Very rudely responded that this has become obsolete and advised to purchase a new model. It is industry standard to supply parts up to 7 yrs.after stopping manufacture. A company like Havells is not expected to behave like this shrugging off their responsibility. I would expect to revert on this.
