★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional and pathetic service. Filed a complaint against my cooler which I bought a month ago.
My cooler is not working from last 10 days. I reached out to service care centre, got registered my complaint on the very same day. A guy came to see the cooler after two days. He stated that they will get it repair in between 1 to 2 days. After his 1st visit I've got no positive response from their end. I've made no.of calls but no response. So pathetic it is for a brand like Havells. It's been more than 10 days now since we are struggling. Trying every possible way to get out of this.
